We offer ground shipping for a flat rate of $7 and free shipping on all domestic orders of $75 or more before tax and shipping.
All orders ship from our sunny, So. Cal warehouse within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If, for any reason, you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within three business days, do not worry. Please Contact Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it and update you as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please note international orders are subject to duties and fees imposed by local tax authorities. `
Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility and may be levied upon delivery. Shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. We cannot create international return labels, so return shipping is the international customer's responsibility.
We want you to love shopping at EVCLA! Purchasing and sometimes returning items online should not be complicated. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy.

EXCHANGES:
- We currently do not support exchanges. If you like to exchange a product please return your current items free of charge and purchase new items from www.evcla.com
RETURNS:
- While returns are sometimes unavoidable, please note that they must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your return label. Any item returned after seven days will not qualify for a refund.
- Items sent back to us without a “Return Request” will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:
