Returns/Exchange Policy:
EVCLA believes that purchasing and sometimes returning items online should not be complicated. We have a 30 day return/exchange policy.
We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is as easy as possible.
- Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
- Please contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong item. We are happy to exchange any item that meets these criteria.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not support exchanges. If you like to exchange a product please return your current items free of charge and purchase new items from www.evcla.com
Returns:
- While returns are sometimes unavoidable, please note that they must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your return label. Any item returned after seven days will not qualify for a refund.
- Items sent back to us without an “Return Request” will not be accepted.

Refunds:
- If you would like a refund, please fill out the refund request and let us know why you’d like a refund. It’s ok; it happens.
- Once we’ve received tracking for your return, the charge will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Please note, initial shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
